If not, you may be ready for coaching. In general, individual coaching helps you identify your most important goals that are congruent with their key values. Goals are set based on what you passionately care about. Action plans are established and implemented with regularly scheduled feedback sessions. There are two types of coaching: personal and business or executive coaching. Personal coaching focuses upon helping you create and achieve goals, maximize personal development, and navigate transitions on the path to realizing your ideal vision for the current and emerging chapters of your live. Activities: develop an agenda; incorporate your values; identify and incorporate client strengths, and articulate your ideal vision of your future; navigate obstacles; delegate or let go of energy-draining situations; honor challenges; and celebrate successes. Executive coaching focuses on issues related to effectiveness and fulfillment at work.
